To us as "Frenchaffair Kennels" we feel that recognition to those that introduced the dogue in New Zealand is very important. This person is Annie Wright, she had to go to amazing feats, stress ,effort and this huge expedition of importing this exceptional and rare breed. Annie also had gained New Zealand Kennel Club recognition ,which took place on the 2nd October 1993. As you can understand this wasnt a small simple journey. As a dogue, owner, admirer and breeder I am definitly forever in gratitude to Annie for all of her work. That now allows others to enjoy and understand this fantastic breed.The orginal dogues that came into New Zealand can been found in the pedigrees of nearly all dogues in New Zealand. I am very pleased to say that my bitch Justice, comes from this wonderful line. This is another way I feel We can recognize Annies huge success in New Zealand. So Thankyou Annie and I look forward to catching up with you.

So the dogue in New Zealand is truely a wonderful part of their  history also, as well as all of the other fantastic history they  already have.
