All breeders are the first stop for rescue of their breeding.

The Airedale Club take on a responsibility for rescue of unloved and unwanted Airedales, and sadly those who's owners have a tragedy or catastrophe and can no longer care for their dog. The first contact should be with the breeder of the concerned Airedale. Be aware, abandonment of Airedales is rare and as most owners have a rapport with their breeder, those who need relocation for whatever reason will (and should) usually contact the breeder. Other members who have expressed a desire to be supportive of rescue and may have facilities or contacts to care for displaced Airedales are listed below.
