Upcoming Matings
AmstarFX is very pleased to announce one of our upcoming matings for 2009 Introducing the special union between
Aust Ch LaExotica Latino Heat DNA X Aust Ch Transam Miss America This is a very exciting mating for AmstarFX as it is going to be a combination of two very strong sound lines that we have chosen to cross. Rhino is an excellent ambassador for our breed with his stable temperament. He is a very nicely packaged moderate sound dog who has a strong straight front with a solid round chest, correct scissor bite and his movement is springy yet powerful. Rhino is the son of American Import and Australian Champion Grimloc Aces High V Stafface and Great Grandson to the American Champion Rootntootn's Ruff N Reddy. Although Rhino has only sired one litter, he has produced 2 Aust Champions with one of those being the recent BISS winner ZForce BigTime Charlie owned by our good friends at Fibra Kennels. Rhino has been successfully campaigned in 3 different states of Australia and is a standard size male at 19" and 28kgs. Soon to be tested for Cerebellar Ataxia

Although Banshee has had very limited showing, she has won many Best of Breeds over excellent competition and was short listed for Best In Show at The Sporting Terrier Club of Tasmania in October 2007 under Mr R J Ellem (NSW). Banshee has been out of the show ring for most of this year raising her litter of puppies, 2 of which were sent to New Zealand to Sue of Opourere Kennels to be campaigned. Banshee has now successfully gained her Aust title by taking out a 22 point Best of Breed at the Ipswich Kennel Club Ch show under - Mrs K Tosi. Banshee was also placed 2nd in the Open Class and 2nd in the Best Head property class at the recent Qld Amstaff Speciality Show - Oct 08 We are very excited to be given this opportunity to own and exhibit such a lovely example of this breed.
