After many years of keenly showing dogs, and breeding or exhibiting more than 60 champions (inc 34 Argowan borzoi and more on the way), and Best in Group and Royal BOB winners in 3 breeds - borzoi, deerhounds and scottish terriers, and BIS and specialty BIS and winners in borzoi and scotties, I have been unable to exhibit much in recent years due to ill health, but my daughter Michaela is taking over where I left off.
She was active in toddler and child handlers for many years before becoming immersed in the competition horse world, riding in the UK as well as in Australia. Whilst maintaining the breeding program for the horses she has taken a step back from competing them in order to exhibit our dogs.
Borzoi - our English addition Dyson, has sired a second litter, from Argowan Dominique, litter sister to MBIS Ch Argowan Dumas. A daughter from his first litter, Argowan Mrs Pankhurst, won Bitch CC and R/Up BISS at the Oct 2010 Borzoi specialty under specialist Ms Kalen Dumke (USA) Dyson now lives in the US with Michaela. His sire won BOB at Crufts on 5th March 2009 and dam won Reserve CC. Jester now has over 10 CCs, including Paignton, where Dyson's dam Solar won BOB.
