Delsharla Basset Hounds

Photo Gallery - 1

Pictured above is a very young "Delsharla Trinity" (10wks old) with Shelby - January 2007.

Welcome to my Photo Gallery.  Here you will find a collection of photos from around the show ring and at home with some of our dogs and new two legged friends and their dogs that we have met along the way.  We hope that you enjoy them.

A very young "Delsharla Diamonds in the Sky" being weighed.
All babies here are weighed everyday until about 4 weeks of age to ensure
they are developing correctly and then weighing takes place once a week thereafter.

As you will see by browsing over the Delsharla website, the Bassets residing here are not in fact dogs but four legged humans with longer ears than normal!  I hope you enjoy looking over the shots in this section of our website taken of some of the fabulous Bassets (and their friends) who have been in our lives over a 28 year period.  Please feel free to leave 'feedback' in our Guest Book and rest assured that each and every email/enquiry I receive will get answered.

"followed" me
home from a trip to the local shops and stayed
with us for the next 15 years!

Here at Delsharla, I feel so very blessed to have been able to meet some beautiful, loyal individuals that end up becoming close personal friends with us after purchasing their Bassets either from us or through us.  Tom and Diava are just a few of those who have kept in constant touch with us after acquiring their "Ronald".  We have also had the pleasure of having "Ronald" stay with us while his human parents vacated and he is just such a credit to his family having been raised in the most loving, caring environment one could wish or hope for.  Tom and Diava are two people who have contributed to restoring my faith in human kind and are two of the most genuine individuals one could hope to meet.  I thank them for the love that they have given to our dear "Ronald".
