You would have discussed with me the type of puppy you were looking to purchase, either a pet puppy (limit Registration papers), this puppy is not for showing or breeding, or you may have chosen a puppy (main Registration papers) this puppy could be shown and eventually bred from.

If you stated to me that you only wanted a pet puppy ( limit registration), it is a condition of sale that you have the puppy desexed at around 5 to 6 months of age, this puppy being either male or female is never to be allowed to be bred from….(please understand that even allowing your dog or bitch to have only one litter is breeding).

The reason I do not want these pet Cavaliers bred from is because of hereditary diseases that could be introduced to the lines, and also the chance that some of these puppies could end up being unwanted.

If you have been asked to read and sign my purchaser’s contract, for your pet puppy, please honor that contract.
