29 March 2008 - AUST. GRAND CHAMPION SOUTHBANK BLACK MARKET - today we said goodbye to our beautiful boy JAG - he came to us from our friends Alf & Rachel - Jag was a dog who was born to show and he loved everything and anything you did with him - he was our best friend and gave us so much joy and pleasure and some wonderful progeny who have continued his wonderful energy towards life. Thanks JAG for what you gave to us, our friends and the labrador world. 2.6.2002 - 29.03.2008.

27 April 2008 - Lamorna Morning Mist - Misty was 12 years of age and was bought as a replacement for Sue's first border collie and was Sue's best mate. She wasn't the greatest show dog, BUT she was a great mate. Her greatest claim to fame was her 10 challenge points - she beat a border collie who went on to become not only an Australian Champion, but an American Champion and is one of the most wonderful specimens of the breed. Misty slipped away quietly but is sadly missed. Thanks to Vince & Shirley Cross for a great mate. 14.7.1996 - 27.4.2008.

23 September 2008 - TENARDA ABSOLUTELY - Our darling Abbey was our constant companion thoughout her life and was the ultimate labrador. She would baby-sit for us (her kids, her grandkids, her great grand kids) - she would always be willing to do whatever was asked of her and she was eternally grateful for her place with us inside at night (sometimes all night if we forgot to put her outside). This beautiful girl was the most loyal of companions. She passed away quietly today - her daily walks around our paddocks ceased today as she stopped and her mates Pye, Betsy & Buffy sat with her and said their goodbyes. Our memories of our beautiful Abbey will live on for a long time. Abbey was born on our wedding day and was meant to be with us - she gave us some beautiful progeny and beautiful times which we will always treasure. 1 February 2011 - Yellowsand Burning Bright - Delta - Sadly on Tuesday 1st February after sustaining an injury from which she did not recover I lost my beautiful girl Delta. Your time with me was not long enough my darling and with a heavy heart I said goodbye to my little Chookie!! You should have been with me for many years to come but it was not to be - you smiled all the way through the pain you bore despite your injury and gave me some hope that you would be okay. 2.6.2010 - 1.2.2011

November 2011 - Aust. Champion Shaundar Dream Came True - Our dearest Holley passed away after a short illness at just over 13 years of age. We had many many years of wonderful pleasure with Holley who was a beautiful representation of the breed - she was a dog who was obsessed with being shown (loved being bathed and blow-dryed and groomed) and it was extremely hard to retire her after such a great show career but we had her kids to start showing. She bred us some wonderful progeny, who have gained titles not only in Australia but also in several overseas countries. Our girl earnt her retirement and after a couple of years of relaxing at home with us we with a great deal of thought allowed her to go and live with a wonderful lady who gave probably the best time for her final years. She finally learnt that retrieving was part of being a labrador and had a ball at the beach each day with Jenny. Thanks for a wonderful time Holley and we will miss you, but as I still have one of your daughters, grand-daughter and great-grand daughter you are always in my thoughts. Love you always!!
