No Border Collies will be transported overseas to a prospective buyer unless carefully screened by myself Diane Winter and thus useing reputable International Carriers. If the guidelines are not adhered to by prospective buyers no exports will be done. +++Also we do not take back a puppy that has been exported overseas because all puppies have been tested and export requirements have been met.+++ Export papers will not be issued unless the purchaser has paid for them separately from the puppy purchase price.
