Sadly William is no longer with us, he thought the world was created for his benefit, so he enjoyed life to the full. A wonderful temperament, he loved everyone. The new puppies soon understood he had the patience of a saint, as he would never growl at them even when they hung from his ears. He unfortunately broke two legs as a young dog, but he never stopped enjoying his daily walks with the obligatory dip in the dam, making the most of what life could offer.

He pleased us by winning Australian Bred in Show at WSSC of NSW specialty show (Mrs. K Brostam, Dons Kennels, Sweden), against strong competition, but he was perfectly happy with early retirement, hunting, swimming and tracking bunnies.
Sire of the 'Willogold' litter, his son Jack did well in the ring. Hopefully his grand daughter Chyna will do him proud.
