| We present Lucy, 'Gr Ch Tarrendayle Turn The Page'. Lucy was awarded 'Best Baby Puppy in Group' at her very first show in January 2008 and has never looked back. Lucy has been placed in the top 3 at three consecutive Cocker Spaniel Nationals - judged by UK breed specialists Joanna Darby (Classicway) in 2008, Jinty Gill-Davis (Rosecourt) in 2010 and Lorraine Palmer (Robraine) in 2012. At 13 months Lucy gained enough points to qualify for her championship title. She finished 2008 off by being awarded the ACT Gundog Society's Junior Showdog of the Year 2007-08. She also won the Dogzonline 2008 Rising Star ACT Gundog and 2nd overall in the state, and finished 2nd in the National Cocker Spaniel Rising Star competition! Lucy continued her winning ways in 2009 and was awarded first place in the Intermediate Bitch class at the 2009 Sydney Royal!!! Lucy has added to her awards by winning the ACT Gundog Society's Showdog of the Year 2008-09 AND 2009-10! NEWS: LUCY WINS INTERMEDIATE IN SHOW AT THE COCKER SPANIEL SOCIETY OF NSW APRIL 2010 SHOW JUDGED BY MRS BARBARA SHAW (USA)! SHE REPEATED THIS AT THE AUGUST SHOW JUDGED BY MR ADAM MURRAY (UK) WHO ALSO AWARDED HER RESERVE CHALLENGE!! Mr Murray said of Lucy: "lovely quality well balanced blue bitch very feminine and typical, super head and expression, lovely neck and shoulder, good legs and feet short deep well ribbed body with well turned quarters and short below the hock moved so soundly with attitude presented in faboulous coat and condition and handled to advantage." Lucy was awarded her 1000th point in May 2013 to qualify her as a GRAND CHAMPION! |
