UPDATED NEWS: GLENAYDEN HAVE RELOCATED BACK HOME TO NSW AS OF 17/12/07. Both Dennis and myself would like to say thank you to all the lovely people within the Gundog group and other groups that have made us so welcome. You have a lovely state and the show facilities are fantastic and we think the best in this country, will be hard to return to dog shows in the rain!!!! Our dogs have made their presence felt in the show ring being the most consistent winning cockers over the past five years, which has not made some fellow exhibitors all that happy but that is what strong competition is all about. Ken Morden of Kenby Cockers, who sadly passed away not long after we arrived, made an interesting and true statement when he heard we were coming: 'No problem he said we must lift the bar and try harder' some did and have done well. We have always and will continue to strive to breed and show the very best quality cockers we can and will also search the world to access dogs to help us meet this goal and the one thing our cockers will always have and we pride this kennel on is MERRY TEMPERAMENT, DOGS HOUSED AND KEPT IN LOVING AND CLEAN SURROUNDINGS AND NEVER KEEP MORE THAN WE CAN LOOK AFTER. Our cockers are our pride and joy and we look forward to many more years of continued success. GLENAYDEN ARE PROUD TO SAY WE ARE PEDIGREE GOLD PARTNERS, OUR DOGS HAVE PROVEN TO EXCEL ON PEDIGREE ADVANCE!! This show has the cream of the cream of cockers that come from all over Australia to compete, one that everybody would love to win and this kennel has now proud to say we have won this event twice, the first with our lovely bitch Champion Glenayden Snow Storm our foundation which has set the path to the where we are today. Our kennel enjoyed much success taking Opposite Best Baby In Show with our new Baby, Glenayden To The Moon, sired by 'Tully' our of our latest imported bitch 'Lexie' Sugarsticks Catch The Moon. Puppy In Show with 'Truly' Glenayden True Love, first in Open bitch and RU Best Opposite In Show with 'Brie' Ch.Glenayden Dance In Time, 2nd in Puppy Dog class with Glenayden True Spirit and 2nd in Veteran dog with our old charmer, Ch.Glenayden Edged In Gold - A fantastic effort for a small but select kennel where we pride ourselves with the quality we consistantly produce in clean and well managed facilities. 'Tully' has won three Best In Show awards in a row this year with the last being the Victorian Specialty judged by Davita Brown from NZ, now he can add the one that all cocker people want to win: THE NATIONAL 2006 WHAT A YEAR THIS HAS BEEN!! Tully remains NO. one Cocker in Victoia and has held this title for some two and half years under the Dogzonline Point score, we are very proud of him and all of our cockers in the happy home of Glenayden. Tully will not be shown a lot in 2007, he has nothing more to prove he is our number one cocker and that can never change. Hope you enjoy looking at our team of dogs we are extremely proud of their achievments and look forward to a bright future as we continue the journey of our chosen hobby. Our dogs have been appreciated by Breed Specialists & All Breed judges alike for their consistent type, soundness and above all typical cocker temperament 'MERRY'.
