Comments : I am investigating suitable dog breeds to suit an active lifestyle. Our relocation to the Barossa Valley is imminent. One breed has already been determined but I would like an alternative breed for myself. I am interested in a wire-haired foxy not for showing but as a companion dog as I am a jogger. Comments : After losing my 11 month old puppy to an unknown illness I was devistated. I then added 2 beautiful puppies to our family Miss Halfpenny (Penny) & Sir James (James). They have brought much joy into my life. When ever they go for a walk the other dog lovers all inquire about the breed and remark on their beauty. They go for a walk to the local oval nicknamed Poo Park, as it is safely fenced and the dogs in the area all attend regularly. Penny & James have made many friends whether they are doing the chasing or being chased. They have learned that if Barrie puts on a certain jacket it is walk time, so now he cant wear it any other time as the dogs &jump with glee & excitement. As they usally have an am & pm walk for an hour they come home and go straight to their beds. No mischief for a while. Thank you Di & Jim. Luv Brenda

Comments : I love fox terriers and until recently had a smooth haired fox terrier (call name Crystal). She has now left me at a ripe old age of nearly 13, and is sadly missed. The wound is still open but hopefully one day I'll be ready for another foxie lady.
